Hey, friends! Since you Northern Hemisphere dwellers are about to fall into autumn (get it? I'll see myself out), I thought I might create a little list of some liquid lipsticks you'll want all over your mouth region in the coming months. These are the colours you'll see staining the straws of white chocolate peppermint mochas, paired perfectly with a nice warm sweater, a new pair of boots - I'm not crying there's just a huge lump of jealousy in my eye.

1. Too Faced Melted Matte in Drop Dead Red
Hi, you need this. Imagine a deep red wine, then darken it a little, then close your mouth to stop drooling over it's beauty. Now stop imagining it and put it on your face.



2. ABH Sad Girl
Metallic lips are definitely having a moment, but if you can't get down with it on a day-to-day basis, this might be your answer. It's described as a metallic black cherry, but I would call it more metallic darkened magenta on myself. Either way, it's bloody lovely and just reflective enough to draw attention without causing traffic accidents.



3. Blinking Beaute Liquid Lipstick in Twiggy
These lippies are fairly new on the market, but I'm fairly in love with every colour. Twiggy is the lovechild of mauve and plum, which basically screams 'the leaves are falling from the trees'.

4. Jeffree Star Cosmetics Androgyny
This colour is appropriate for pretty much any season, but if you want to feel autumnal without committing to a deep lip, this is a lovely option. Think Twiggy but warmer, though equally delightful.

5. Too Faced Melted Matte in Cool Girl
Again, this is for those who aren't keen on a deep and broody pout - Cool Girl is the anti-boring-nude, with warm brown tones this is perfect to throw on every day.
